Happy Holidays!
I am a lousy blogger as you can tell that way over a month has passed since I last blogged. We are doing great. Almost completed all our Christmas shopping and our tree and decorations have been up since last Saturday. Alexis has her eyelid surgery next Friday and the next day we are attending Dentin and Mariah's sealing at the Albuquerque Temple. We are so excited! I am trying to add music and pictures to this site but I don't know how quickly that will happen. So keep checking back and you might find some changes. Love, Leah

I was tagged.
Six things that are quirky about me:
1. I will read an entire series of books (ex: Harry Potter) from the beginning when the next book in the series comes out. I have done this with Harry Potter 7 times. 3 times for each of the last 3 books and 2 times for the last 2 movies that came out. I have just done this with the the Inheritance books and I have to wait now for another book to complete the series. I have also read The Wheel of Time cycle which is 14 books long.
2. I like to lead music anytime, anyplace. I'll be in sacrament meeting and catch myself directing while I'm sitting in the pew. My husband just shakes his head.
3. I talk to the screen during movies. The best one was when I told the Titanic to turn so it would miss the iceburg. Obviously it didn't listen to me. Again I gave my husband a reason to tease me over and over again.
4. I always visualize the worst that could happen in a situation. We went to a baseball game in Albuquerque. Our seats were right on the age of a balcony and all I could see was my youngest 2 jumping over the edge. Unfortunately, my second child Rebekah picks up on my moods and freaks out way more than I do.
5. If I have a set way of doing things, it's really hard for me to let others do the task. For example, I put the dishes in the dishwasher a certain way and it is really hard to let my kids and my husband do the dishes because they don't do it the same way I do it. I'm trying to overcome this one because I'm tired of doing it all.
6. I don't mind spiders, ants, or flies in my house but if I see roaches or mice I don't let my feet touch the ground. Luckily we don't have roaches but every fall and winter we end up with 2 or 3 mice that find their way into our house. My husband just tells me to clean more but I know they would show up no matter what.
Ok these are 6 things that are quirky about me. I have no idea who to tag and I don't know how to link. I do hope you learn a little more about me by reading this.

Let's try this.
I am going to try this spot as my new blogspot. Maybe I will post more often than I do on my other spot. We all seem to have colds or are finished with our colds. We are also half way through our soccer season come Saturday. Thaddeus and Rebekah play at 9am in Bloomfield and Alexis plays at 3pm in Bloomfield. We may not be returning to soccer next fall. Karlton and I are currently board members and we are not getting the support we need to run the program. So, after the spring season we are resigning. We'll see if anyone steps up to run the program here in Bloomfield. Well gotta go. Leah
